Job Summary : The Busser is primarily responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guest. Secondary responsibilities include assisting servers in providing excellent guest service, and the proper maintenance, stocking, and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms.
