The Server is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to guests according to Company specifications. This position is also responsible for cleanliness and safety of the dining and server areas of the restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Contribute to our Mission, Every Guest Leaves Happy, through teamwork, hospitality, proactive communication, and helping outside your role as needed.Maintain clear communication with all servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure an efficient and positive working relationship.Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest service expectations.Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions.Take orders, serve food and beverages to guests, and process payment.Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return.Keep designated service stations clean and organized.Maintain appropriate stock levels of clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.Perform additional duties as assigned.Other Duties

Qualifications / Requirements :
Minimum 1 year serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).Proficient knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.Excellent communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.Food Handler Certification.Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
