Position Overview:
As an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. During the off-season or slower months, you will also be expected to apply your expertise to automotive repair and maintenance. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of both powersports vehicles and automotive systems, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on a variety of mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
Motorcycle & Powersports Maintenance:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a motorcycle mechanic, with strong expertise in powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs).
Automotive Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair is preferred, or the ability and willingness to learn and apply automotive repair techniques.
Certifications: Motorcycle mechanic certifications (such as MMI or equivalent) preferred. Automotive certifications (ASE or equivalent) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
Motorcycle & Powersports Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical issues and repair needs effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair techniques related to powersports vehicles.
- Perform general automotive repair and maintenance tasks on various makes and models of cars and trucks, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in vehicles.
- Perform diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering parts, and managing repair documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other mechanics and staff to ensure timely and efficient repair processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry advancements.
