We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to assist in transporting customers to and from our service department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide safe and courteous transportation for customers to and from the service department.
- Pick up and drop off customers at designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Assist customers with their luggage or personal items when needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, service team members, and management.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company procedures to ensure passenger safety.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements :
- Previous driving or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to follow a set schedule.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to lift and assist with light luggage or personal items.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Knowledge of the local area and roads is a plus.
