Position Overview:
As an Inspector with BFHD, you will play a key role in helping us provide exceptional service to our clients. You will inspect residential and commercial properties for storm-related damage, advocate for clients with insurance companies, and generate leads to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect commercial and residential properties following BFHD guidelines.
- Gather detailed information about exterior and interior damages (including climbing roofs and carrying ladders).
- Schedule free at-home inspections for potential clients.
- Assist clients through the insurance claim process, ensuring they receive proper compensation.
- Generate leads during downtime and engage with clients and insurance companies.
- Collect and document photos and measurements for damage and share this data with the production team.
- Advocate for clients by providing them with valuable information about products and services.
- Drive brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with customers and the community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Follow up on claims and inspections through phone calls to clients and insurance companies.
- Professional appearance and uniform required (will be provided).
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with heights and capable of climbing ladders to inspect buildings.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality.
- Ability to follow guidelines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for outdoor, active work.
- A desire to learn and be coached for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a similar field is a plus but not required.

- $46,000 base salary UNCAPPED bonuses.
