We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Recruiting Care Coordinator to join our small but growing team! This role is essential in recruiting, hiring, and coordinating caregivers to ensure high-quality care for our clients. • Recruit & Hire Caregivers: Post job listings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Caregiver Scheduling & Coordination: Match caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, and qualifications.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain caregiver licensing, training, and background check records.
• Support & Communicate with Caregivers: Act as the main point of contact for caregivers, addressing concerns and offering support.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records, update databases, and assist with payroll or billing as needed.
  

• Experience in recruiting, care coordination, or office administration (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of homecare and caregiver experience is a plus.
