What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Crew Member I position at Briggs Nursery?
This position is responsible for performing a variety of repairs on the nursery, which can include: greenhouses, nursery buildings, fences, etc. As work load permits, the position will support other departments as needed/instructed to meet company objectives

-Must have excellent attendance history
-Must be able to read and write
-Must be able to work safely. Safety is always the highest priority
-Able to work well with others in small groups
-Able to work extra house as required to meet department objectives
-Able to work in other departments or other job duties as needed to meet company objectives.
-Ability to use a variety of power and hand tools, this includes, saws, drills, hammer, etc.
-Valid Washington State Drivers License
Required Education and/or Experience:
-Related experience preferred
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as department handbook, work assignments and safety rules.
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to work in extremes of Washington weather (hot, cold, rain, wind)
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
