The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist acts as a critical member of the patient care team within the department, collaborates fully with the other care team members in assuring continuity of care for their patients. The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist I promotes a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions with patients families, and hospital personnel and focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.

- Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or related field OR
- Graduated with an Associates Degree from an accredited School of Cardiovascular Technology OR
- Graduated with an Associates Degree from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology and certified by the ARRT, and possess a valid license to practice as a radiologic technologist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Completion of BLS and ACLS certification within 3 months of employment preferred; within 6 months required.
