What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Assistant II - Kidney, Living Donor Transplant Program / 40 Hour / Days position at Brigham and Women's Hospital?
Level of Education Required:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED
Associates Degree or higher level education strongly preferred, but not required
Work Experience Required:
Minimum ofone year medical office or administrative support experience required
Training in office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Verbal skills: Ability to interpret information as appropriate, answer more complex questions and communicate in a professional, courteous clear and concise manner.
Organization Skills: Ability to manage work processes in a neat and orderly way. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow established protocols, and work within systems.
Writing Skills: Ability to correspond and communicate with others clearly and effectively in writing.
System Skills: Ability to type accurately and enter data at an advanced level. Advanced computer skills. Ability to use all applicable at highest competency level.
Personal Skills: Able to thrive in a dynamic and flexible environment, adapts to changes. Self-motivated and capable of owning specific initiatives with minimal oversight.
