What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Cashier/Concessions Manager (Temporary) position at Brigham City Corporation?
The concessions manager will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the concession staff. This includes setting goals and targets, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that the kitchen staff is meeting the standards set by the Recreation Supervisor and the Health Department. The concessions manager will maintain a safe and sanitary working environment and implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards. Assists in the efficient operation of the Brigham City Recreation concession stand; receives and accounts for money as instructed by the City Treasurer; performs other duties as required.
