Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Surgical Technologist to join our team at Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital.
Main Responsibilities
- Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Ensure operating rooms and equipment are properly prepared and maintained.
- Verify patient safety and well-being throughout the procedure.
- Accurately document surgical procedures and supplies used.
Necessary Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is mandatory.
- Primary Source Verification must be completed within 30 days of start date.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- MMR vaccination documentation is necessary.
Working Hours
This position requires a 36-hour work week, with a combination of day shifts.
Other Requirements
Fit testing for N95 masks must be done offsite if necessary.
