Job Title : Adjunct Faculty Jazz Lab Band Director - BYU School of Music - Evening Class Instructor

Position Start Date : September 2, 2025
Required Degree : Bachelor's degree in music; Master's degree preferred. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience : The director should have Jazz big band teaching experience and demonstrate pedagogical knowledge and abilities in relation to rehearsing a jazz big band in addition to teaching principles of style, improvisation and rhythm section coordination.
Duties / Expectations :
This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and / or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.
