Job Title: CPSE 463 Assistive Technology for Students with Disabilities

Required Degree: Graduate degree in Special Education or related field.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience:
Relevant applied experience in a professional setting. Preferred experience as an instructor at the college level.
Duties/Expectations:
- Help students meet learning objectives in assigned course through instruction and other methods, observe and evaluate student performance, and address academic or professional concerns.
- The learning objectives for the course are to plan and use augmentative and assistive communication strategies to support and enhance communication skills of individuals with exceptional learning needs and those whose primary language is not the dominant language, and to plan and use assistive technologies to help students with disabilities access the curriculum and develop academic and social skills.
- Must be available to teach on campus for Spring semester, April 29-June 17,2025.
Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration.
