Job Summary
Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - School of Music - Voice

Position Start Date: 8/25/2025
Required Degree: Required: Bachelor’s degree in music; Preferred: Master’s degree in music. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: Prior experience teaching applied voice lessons to college-aged individuals required.
Duties/Expectations: A firm commitment to the mission of BYU:
- Serve as an excellent role model for students
- Possess a solid understanding of vocal function in male singers
- Possess a solid understanding of vocal function in female singers
- Teach lessons in an efficient and focused manner
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Respond to emails with students and colleagues promptly
Must reside in the State of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration.
