Job Description
Part-time Cougarettes Team Manager
The Cougarettes collegiate dance team is seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Team Manager to assist with administrative, logistical, and operational support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team, allowing dancers and coaches to focus on performance and training. This position will report directly to the Cougarettes co-head coaches and work approximately 10-15 hours per week.

What You’ll Do In This Position
- Support the coaching staff with game-day, competition, and performance preparations
- Maintain records as needed by the coaches
- Assist in coordinating schedules and event logistics as needed
- Assist with uniform and equipment inventory
What qualifies you for this role:
- High school diploma
- Willingness to uphold and live by the university’s Honor Code.
- All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in dance, particularly at the collegiate level
