Job Description
Brigham's Wagon
We are looking for someone who can work at our new Food Truck, Brigham's Wagon. The hours are variable depending on the needs for the week; we are flexible with schedules. Your work here will support BYU efforts (directly or indirectly) at a variety of campus events! We also will have events that are off campus that you will help take the BYU name out to the community!
In addition to your hourly wage, you will also receive an additional $2 an hour in Dining Credit which can be used at any BYU Dining Location (https://dining.byu.edu/mealcredits) to purchase groceries or meals.
Additionally, there are leadership growth opportunities; potential raises within the first semester once trained; get to work with one of the youngest leadership teams in Dining and on campus.
What you'll do in this position:
- Cooking food
- Delivering food to customers
- Taking customers' orders via our POS system
- Assisting with other needs in the food truck as assigned
What qualifies you for this role:
Required
- Honest, Dependable, Multi-Tasking.
- Able to work individually without direct supervision and be a self-starter.
- Attention to detail
- Should be able to stay for the fall semester as well
- Preference will be given to those who are available during some weekdays between 8AM and 4PM
- Must work all home football games and available for weekend events when necessary
- Should obtain a Food Handler's permit and complete other online trainings within 1 week of hire

Compensation Range
Actual compensation based on education and experience
