Job Description

Sports Camps Supplies & Equipment Assistant (Temporary)

The BYU Sports Camps Supplies & Equipment Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all camp-related supplies, giveaways, and other equipment are always in the right place at the right time. This critical role within the Sports Camps operation will maintain the organization of our storage facilities; deliver shirts, bags, water bottles, and other giveaway items in a timely manner to check-ins and closing ceremonies; coordinate effectively with Camps staff members to plan and deliver Powerade and other in-camp needs; and many other opportunities as assigned. This is a seasonal role from April to August.

What You’ll Do In This Position

• Coordinate deliveries and maintain the organization of Sports Camps storage facilities
• Organize and deliver all giveaway items for our campers to the appropriate check-ins and closing ceremonies
• Collaborate with Sports Camps staff and other BYU departments to ensure all camp supply and equipment needs are met
• Assist with customer service and other office duties as available

What qualifies you for this role:

• A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of Athletics Logistics Experience
  
  

Note: This is a part-time position 17.5 hours per week.

Pay Level: 46

Compensation Range

Actual compensation based on education and experience

$16.05 - $20.84
