Job Description :
Bright Achievements is a leading provider for ABA services throughout the state of New Jersey and North Carolina. Our goal is to provide distinct and enriching services to individuals within the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Administrator , where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.
Caseload :
Conduct parent training per prescribed dosage
Conduct supervision per prescribed dosage
Conduct treatment planning per prescribed dosage
Conduct and transcribe assessments
Provide training to BT’s
Update File Cabinet as needed
Collaborate with other service provided and schools as needed
Maintain communication with BT’s and families via group chats and / or emails
Monitor schedules in rethink : cancel and adjust as needed
BCBA Support :
Conduct monthly BCBA meetings for caseload of up to 10 BCBA’s
Conduct and facilitate case transitions between BCBA’s
Meet with BCBA’s as needed and address ongoing barriers in a timely manner
Monitor, provide feedback and problem solve barriers regarding labor utilization
Monitor clinical performance and develop support plans as needed
Communicate and monitor support plans with admins
Provide ongoing RETHINK training for skill acquisition and behavior support plans
Provide behavior consultation for clients who are stagnant in skill development and behavior intervention plans
Conduct program reviews to determine clinical quality
Follow up emails and phone calls regarding assessment deadlines, as needed
Provide ongoing support to BCBAs to complete assessments, as needed
Train BCBA’s on assessments, goal selection, and narrative development
Provide case coverage for BCBA’s, as needed
Readily available to initiate cases until staffed
Review and follow up on incident reports with administration support
Review and approve community outing requests
BT Training / Support (not on caseload) :
Provide 1 : 1 trainings as needed for BT’s
Collaborate with ED / Clinical Director to problem solve staffing barriers
Develop BT support plans as needed with case BCBA
Quality Assurance
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain appropriate documentation and provide direct support and training
Parent Support :
Follow up with parents regarding continued interest in services
Attend IEP meetings to provide clinical and advocacy support to parents and clients, as needed
Other :
Update Master BCBA spreadsheet with case progress and staffing needs
Update state specific staffing spreadsheet, as needed
Update assessment resources in drive including tools and narrative samples
Conduct assessment reviews to support the Authorization Review Team as needed
Attend clinical meetings
Document all meetings and communicate changes to all staff involved
Identify and monitor scheduling / billing discrepancies
Skills :
