We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.
Duties :
- Assist with Clinical Development in Center and Oversee Case Assignment during afternoon and evenings
- Provide initial and / or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
- Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1 : 1 ABA services
- Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
- Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
- Manage electronic data regarding the client's progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
