We are actively seeking a Director of Clinical Development to join our team & assist in building strong community connections with the ultimate goal of bringing ABA into the community.

Caseload (billable hours 70 a month)
BCBA, NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (or licensure pending)
Master's Degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Preferred Experience: 3 years

Clinical Development
- Develop relationships with NJ Head Start grantors
- Coordinate opportunities to provide services in daycares/after school programs
- Build and maintain relationships and partnerships
- Identify and develop relationships with school districts for school contracts
- Identify and develop relationships with a variety of places of worship that will enable both ABA therapy
- Maintain relationships with area non-profit to increase ABA service delivery
- Travel to and from various locations in NJ for initial meetings, follow ups, and service delivery (mileage
- Act as point person for all clinical development opportunities in the NJ area
- Identify opportunities to develop new relationships, initiate conversations, make presentations and work
Caseload (billable hours 70 a month)
- Conduct parent training per prescribed dosage
- Conduct supervision per prescribed dosage
- Conduct treatment planning per prescribed dosage
- Conduct and transcribe assessments
- Provide training to BT’s
- Update File Cabinet as needed
- Collaborate with other service provided and schools as needed
- Maintain communication with BT’s and families via group chats and/or emails
- Monitor schedules in rethink: cancel and adjust as needed
- Conduct monthly BCBA meetings for BCBAs working in various locations (as a result of clinical
- Conduct and facilitate case transitions between BCBA’s
- Meet with BCBA’s as needed and address ongoing barriers in a timely manner
- Monitor, provide feedback and problem solve barriers regarding labor utilization
- Monitor clinical performance and develop support plans as needed
- Provide behavior consultation for clients who are stagnant in skill development and behavior
- Follow up emails and phone calls regarding assessment deadlines, as needed
- Provide case coverage for BCBA’s, as needed
- Readily available to initiate cases until staffed
- Review and follow up on incident reports with administration support
- Review and approve community outing requests
