Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services focusing on providing distinct and enriching services to those in the ABA community. We are actively seeking a HR Generalist to join our team & assist in the development of an HR Department.
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Development
Policy development and documentation
Compliance to labor laws & federal regulations (NJ, NC, NY, PA, AZ)
Assist in the disciplinary process & termination of employees
Manage employee advocacy & conflict resolution
Management of Employee Benefits
Assist in developing departmental KPI’s
Develop employee life cycle markers
Monitor employee files and alert supervisors to key performance schedules.
Job Requirements:
Current HR certification
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business related field
3 years of ABA or healthcare related HR experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of development teams.
1 years of experience within the ABA industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time; Fully Remote
Pay: $50,000
