What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Child Care Teacher position at Bright and Beautiful Christian Child Care?
This position is for a "float" role Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
- NO weekends!
- PAID holidays!
- PAID TIME OFF!
- $150 BONUS after 180 days!
Duties:
- Supervise and engage with children in a daycare setting
- Implement and facilitate age-appropriate activities to promote childhood development
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
Schedule: This position is full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 om working with children ages 6 weeks to five.
Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have 240 hours of experience as an Assistant Child Care Teacher and have taken Introduction to the Child Care Profession and Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher or be certified as a Child Care Teacher through the WI Registry.
- Certificate from the WI Registry approved as a Child Care Teacher
- Care Giver and Criminal Background check, TB test, and physical required.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
