What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Child Care Teacher position at Bright and Beautiful Christian Child Care?
Hiring for TWO positions:
1:30 pm to 5:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Duties:
- Supervise and engage with children in a daycare setting working with children ages six weeks to 6 years old.
- Implement and facilitate age-appropriate activities to promote childhood development focusing on the Wisconsin Early Modeling Standards (WMELS) five domains: Language, Large Motor, Small Motor, Cognitive Development, and Approaches to Learning.
Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 240 hours of experience as an Assistant Child Care Teacher and have taken Introduction to the Child Care Profession and Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher.
- Certificate from the WI Registry approved as a Child Care Teacher or willingness to obtain.
- Care Giver and Criminal Background check, TB test, and physical required.
