What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance /Technician for apartment buildings position at Bright Apartment Holding, LLC?
We are looking for 1-2 experienced Maintenance Technician for our portfolio in downtown Seattle and North Seattle area; or work in the South King County properties. Our portfolio is 90% residential units and 10% commercial.

The duties are
- All maintenance work on rental units - move in /out – paint, sheetrock repair, carpenter, locks, fix leaks, clear the sewer blockage, replace lights, outlets. Repair appliances, hot water tanks, HVAC machines. If you can install laminate floor and plank floor, that is a huge plus.
- Handle the work orders.
- You have basic computer skills, be able to use our software to coordinate the work with other managers and the third party vendors/contractors, etc.
- This job has huge upside potential! If you can lead crews to tackle remodeling projects you will get rewarded!
Qualifications of Candidate
- Honest, responsible, organized, and high work ethics. On time and good at communication.
- The best candidate is you worked as a building contractor prior or work in building maintenance, for at least 5 years (you have carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliances repair or flooring experience) and have a lot of building maintenance experience. Maintenance skills are a must!
- You have all the hand/power tools. and clean drive record.
- Sometimes, need to handle emergencies over the weekends or evenings, etc.
- Pass background check and pass drug test.
