Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment and addressing behavioral challenges effectively.
- Provide individualized care and attention to each child, fostering their emotional and social growth.
- Engage children in educational play, promoting curiosity and exploration through hands-on activities.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with early childhood education standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Skills
