Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supervising in home ABA services and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. We follow a 3 tier system where this position involves overseeing and supporting Mid-Level Supervisors and their team of behavior technicians.
As a BCBA, you will guide and mentor staff, ensuring they are following best practices and helping them grow professionally. Additionally, you will work closely with parents, providing them with training and ongoing support to foster a consistent approach at home and in the community. The goal is to empower families with the tools they need to enhance their child's development, promoting meaningful progress in everyday life. This role also involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and promoting best practices in client care.
Duties
- Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, Vineland, FAST, QBAF, etc.) to guide treatment planning.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors with their behavior technicians in implementing ABA therapy and treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and regular review of treatment plans.
- Work directly with families to provide support, training, and guidance in implementing strategies at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and session data.
- Stay up-to-date with current ABA practices, research, and professional development.
Skills
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Experience in supervision and training of supervisors and/or behavior technicians.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, interventions, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
