Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, fostering their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in classroom management, curriculum development, and a strong understanding of child welfare principles. A background in Montessori education is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuos in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly in private school environments.
- Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus.
- Strong skills in childcare, classroom management, and early intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in teaching subjects such as Math and Physical Education is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
