Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Work with the director to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool students.
- Educate children on various subjects, including physical education and math, through interactive activities.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress in accordance with childhood development milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote social skills and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create lesson plans that are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
