Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center during closing hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Closer, you will supervise the closing process, manage staff, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
This candidate will also be required to transport children from school to the center afterschool on the company van. Candidate must have a clean driving record and be at least 25 years of age.
Duties
- Oversee the closing procedures of the center, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Supervise and lead team members during closing shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service during the final hours of operation.
- Collaborate with management to train, and develop staff members for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing shift operations.
- Experience in training new employees is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Clean driving record and at least 25 years of age.
- Must have good attendance record.
