Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our Lead Teachers in fostering a positive learning environment for Children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs such as autism. Or a desire to learn and catch on quickly. This role is essential in assisting teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing individualized support to enhance student learning.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student performance and behavior.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to early childhood education and special education.

- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children and staff.
