What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Teacher position at Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center?
Description:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress in person and through Brightwheel
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist with diaper changes
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting or preschool teaching is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred and required after starting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle the demands of a busy classroom
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
