We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Enrollment and Admissions Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a rapidly expanding preschool with three growing locations, we need someone who can build relationships, manage admissions, and contribute to our mission of serving local children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- School Tours & Admissions: Schedule and facilitate school tours, providing prospective families with an engaging introduction to the unique benefits of Bright Beginnings.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage our CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and enrollment data.
- Client Education: Work closely with parents to educate them about the value of our programs and our core values: trust, nurture, learn, communicate, family, play, kindness.
- Enrollment Growth: Partner with administration and teaching staff to strategically increase enrollment and meet school growth goals.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new families through welcome calls, orientation meetings, and ongoing communication.
- Marketing & Social Media: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, create engaging content, and regularly update our website and blog.
- Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local organizations and continue building our strong reputation in the community.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

- Collaborative Team Player: You will work closely with staff, families, and community members to ensure the continued success of our preschool.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: College degree preferred, or coursework in early childhood education, education, communication, and/or marketing.
- Experience: Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
- Drive & Motivation: Self-starter who is enthusiastic about growth and development.
- Availability: Able to start as soon as possible.
