Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in literacy, math, and other developmental areas.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development at home.
- Create a safe and inclusive space for all children, including those with special education needs.

- Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork, communication skills, and social interaction among students.

Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies and lesson planning is highly desirable.
- Experience in special education or working with diverse learners is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices is required.
- Ability to create engaging educational materials that support learning objectives in literacy and math.
