About Us:
Bright Beginnings Learning Academy (BBLA) is a faith-based private school committed to providing a nurturing and academically strong environment where students grow spiritually and intellectually. We use the Abeka Curriculum and maintain small class sizes to foster individualized learning.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate elementary teacher to join our team for the 2025-26 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons using the Abeka Curriculum
- Foster a positive, faith-centered learning environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
- Establish and maintain effective classroom management
- Communicate with parents and staff to support student development
- Uphold the school’s Christian values in teaching and interactions
Qualifications:
✔Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required)
✔ Teaching experience
✔ Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
✔ Passion for faith-based education and student growth
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration
