Bright Beginnings Preschool, a leading Early Childhood Education program in Charlottesville, is seeking passionate and reliable substitute teachers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
- Assist with diaper changes (when appropriate) and other caregiving tasks
- Collaborate and work as a team with other teachers and staff
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and adults
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Prior experience in early childhood education (preferred but not required)
