We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our Bright Beginnings Team!
We are looking for applicants who are creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and interested in working with children long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure well being of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years
- Maintain regular feeding, diapering, napping, and play schedules
- Present age-appropriate educational activities
- Establish a fun and safe learning environment
- Form and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and coworkers
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Able to multitask in a high-activity classroom
- Knowledgable in infant/child development
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Aspire to work long-term with children to maintain consistency and stability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
