Behavioral Health Technician: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct support and assistance to individuals receiving behavioral health services under the supervision of clinical staff. Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by clinical staff.
Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a therapeutic environment.
Monitor and document client behaviors and responses to treatment interventions.
Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
Support clients in developing and practicing coping strategies and life skills.
Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, with children with or without autism or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but will help to certify you if you don't have these
Must be 18 years of age and older
Salary : $17 - $22
