Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Educate children on various subjects, including basic math concepts, language skills, and social-emotional development.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's development and identify areas for early intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Education Requirements- Must be able to obtain One of the Following by Sept. 2025 :
- Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA)
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.
