What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with 1-2 years of cleaning experience, ideally familiar with standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-out cleanings. If you’re newer to the industry but bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we’d still love to hear from you!
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and motivated to do great work
- Willing to follow detailed instructions and company cleaning protocols (SOPs)
- Treats clients and their homes with the utmost respect
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must bring your own supplies and tools, including:
- Mop & vacuum
- Broom & duster
- Rags/towels
- Surface-safe cleaning products (for hardwood, tile, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay ranges from $20 - $28 per hour based on experience
- Keep 100% of your tips!
