Are you someone who takes pride in their work and loves to leave spaces looking spotless? Bright Breeze Cleaning is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team!

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with 1-2 years of cleaning experience, ideally familiar with standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-out cleanings. If you’re newer to the industry but bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we’d still love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and motivated to do great work
• Willing to follow detailed instructions and company cleaning protocols (SOPs)
• Treats clients and their homes with the utmost respect

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must bring your own supplies and tools, including:
• Mop & vacuum
• Broom & duster
• Rags/towels
• Surface-safe cleaning products (for hardwood, tile, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay ranges from $20 - $28 per hour based on experience
• Keep 100% of your tips!
• Pay increases available as you grow with us
• Flexible scheduling – You choose your availability, and we assign jobs that match
