Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social channels
- Manage and grow our social media presence with fresh, engaging content
- Coordinate online and offline marketing efforts including webinars, events, and promotions
- Work with designers and content creators to keep branding consistent and impactful
- Help maintain and update website content using CMS tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new trends and opportunities
- Track key metrics and campaign performance, delivering clear insights and reports
- Support email marketing efforts and customer communications
- Pitch in with day-to-day team support and administrative tasks
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships and part-time roles welcome)
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity
- Solid time management and multitasking abilities
