What You’ll Be Doing
As the Front Desk Representative, you’ll be the first person people see and the one who keeps our office humming along. From greeting guests to juggling calls and coordinating calendars, your role is essential to keeping things professional, polished, and people-focused.
- Welcome guests, clients, and team members with a smile and professional attitude
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and take clear, concise messages
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries—making sure everything ends up where it should
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and help keep calendars conflict-free
- Support with general admin tasks like data entry, filing, and inventory of office supplies
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and always guest-ready
- Provide helpful, friendly support to team members and visitors alike
- Jump in and assist with office coordination tasks whenever needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a bonus
- 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or admin role
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
- Solid multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and everyday office tech
