Job Description:
The HR Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves managing HR documentation, assisting with recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and providing support for daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, efficient, and professional individual who excels in multitasking and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is up to date and filed accurately
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Coordinate employee benefit enrollment and changes, respond to benefits inquiries, and maintain benefits records
- Manage employee attendance records and process leave requests (sick, vacation, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including preparing performance review documents and tracking progress
- Answer employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries in a professional manner
