We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries and managing HR documentation
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and meetings
- Maintain employee records and ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
- Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding
- Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance tracking
- Handle employee benefit administration and assist with employee queries
- Manage HR filing systems and ensure proper documentation of sensitive employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
