Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and print
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospect research, and client outreach
- Help manage and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and product sheets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to help identify new sales and marketing opportunities
- Provide administrative support for both sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role (internships or part-time roles count!)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and marketing software (like HubSpot or Mailchimp) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
