Responsibilities:
- Accurately schedule sales appointments and production jobs to match the scope of work
- Maintain communication with customers, handling follow-ups, rescheduling, and resolving any concerns
- Monitor and coordinate service for all company vehicles to ensure smooth operations
- Distribute service flyers and watering notices for commercial properties
- Update and maintain customer information in our CRM system and run reports as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior scheduling or office admin experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle a busy schedule
