As a Lead Technician
, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quality service, overseeing the team, and maintaining the high standards Bright Brother is known for.

Responsibilities for Lead Technician:
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Safely and efficiently load the truck with necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform cleaning and holiday light installations according to approved company methods and standards.
- Safeguard customer property and ensure proper precautions are taken during services.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and ensure the truck is maintained according to company schedules.
- Update job information in the CRM system, including before and after photos, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company safety practices.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to use washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
