We're growing and seeking a driven Sales Representative for an outside sales role focused on customer acquisition and business development. If you have experience in sales, B2B, or account management, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment while helping homeowners enhance their properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with customers to diagnose problems and offer custom cleaning solutions
• Generate new business via local networking, referrals, and direct marketing (flyers, yard signs, canvassing)
• Join BNI groups to present our services and expand your network
• Follow the Bright Brothers sales process to close deals and exceed goals

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred (but we love go-getters!)
• A winning attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and driven to succeed
• Ability to use a mobile phone for scheduling and communication
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
