Description

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, manage sales technologies, and improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Sales Processes – Standardize workflows, manage pipelines, and align sales activities with company goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze sales data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions.
  • CRM Management – Maintain and optimize Salesforce , ensuring data integrity and best practices.
  • Sales Forecasting – Provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve sales efficiency.
  • Sales Tools Implementation – Evaluate and integrate tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Detail-Oriented - keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret sales data and drive insights.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
