Responsibilities
- Optimize Sales Processes – Standardize workflows, manage pipelines, and align sales activities with company goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze sales data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions.
- CRM Management – Maintain and optimize Salesforce , ensuring data integrity and best practices.
- Sales Forecasting – Provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve sales efficiency.
- Sales Tools Implementation – Evaluate and integrate tools to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Detail-Oriented - keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret sales data and drive insights.
