Role Description
We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team at Bright Dental. This is a full-time or part-time position located in Racine, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of oral health issues, performing various dental procedures, and providing comprehensive patient education. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general dental care, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including restorative and preventive
- Offer patient education on oral hygiene and care
- Develop and maintain treatment plans for individual patients
- Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques
- Participate in practice initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- State licensure in good standing and current CPR certification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Proven experience with restorative dentistry, oral health diagnosis, and pain management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
