About The Role

Some of what you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development of business cases and project charters.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software applications or systems.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with business process modeling
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Prior internship or work experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team and independently
